As solid a marketing practitioner, I never thought of Personal Branding. Throughout my career, I’ve been hyper-focused on building other brands but not myself. I joined this course because I felt like I wasn’t moving in the direction I should be moving towards but I couldn’t place a finger on the main problem. This course helped me see myself as who I want to be known for.
The first session excited me so much because I instantly felt I found a solution to my problem. Together with the coach, we explored my strengths and how to convert my weaknesses into strengths. The one-on-one sessions with the coach were honest and solution-oriented.
Alice was like that dedicated guardian angel directing you to your purpose. I was able to pinpoint my core competencies and narrow down to the main aspects that will anchor my brand. I was that do-it-all marketer who could do anything but now I focus only on my main strengths. I gained structure and understanding after this course and I am glad to report that I have seen tangible results of the training I received.
